Below are some Frequently Asked Questions that may help you prepare for this exciting trip:

How much will this trip cost?

The fee for participating in the concert and the accompanying rehearsals and after party will cost $860 per person (unless less than 10 singers from Coro Lux sign up, in which unlikely case the cost will be $910 per person). This does NOT include travel accommodations. See below.

How will travel accommodations be organized?

You have 2 options for making your way to NYC for this event:

  1. You may figure it out yourself, using your own frequent flier miles or hotel points and simply show up to the rehearsals and the concerts. Or,
  2. You may opt to travel with the group from ABQ to NYC and back. In this case, we will be working with a NYC based travel company to coordinate flights, hotels, etc. If you’re interested in THIS option, please write to Ashley @ ashley.jonkman@abqcorolux.org so she can start compiling a list of who’ll be in our “travel group.”

What are the dates?

While specific rehearsals haven’t been scheduled *quite* yet, plan on being in NYC at least 3 days before April 29th, and leaving on April 30th or after in order to accommodate concert plans.

Can I bring my significant other/best friend/travel buddy?

Yes! If you’d like to bring a non-singing guest, there will be an option for them to pay to be a part of the event, as a VIP guest. Please stay tuned for more information on the cost of the VIP guest package.

Can I invite other singers to join us at this event?

Yes! This is open to interested singers from around the country, not just Coro Lux members.

How much money do I need to pay to hold my spot today?

Please click the link below to pay $200 to hold your spot in the choir for the concert.
